Floyd A. Quick, age 70, of Hawley died Saturday, December 28, 2019 at home. He is survived by his wife, Sandra M. (Head) Quick. Born July 4, 1949, in Carbondale, he was the son of the late Harold Floyd and Kathryn Grace (Masker) Quick. An Army veteran of the Vietnam War, he was the recipient of multiple Purple Heart Medals. He worked as a machine operator for Trails End in Shohola. Floyd was a member of American Legion, Wilson-Kelch Post 311, Hawley, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Andrea and Christina; one step-daughter, Jessica; two step-sons, Kevin and Ryan; two brothers, John And Gary; three sisters, Patricia, Sarah and Beatrix; a special nephew, Corey; and thirteen grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Floyd Leonard, in 2018. Visitation only will be held Monday, December 30, from 4 PM to 8 PM at Teeters' Funeral Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. Private cremation will follow at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel, PA.
