Q: What will you never forget about Giuseppe?
A: I worked for Joe and Paula for many years. Joe would always cook dinner and sometimes Paula. Joe would always make me sit down with them and eat dinner together. He made me feel like family. I will miss him and cherish our memories.

So sad to hear of Joes passing. Always was a good friend and when i moved away to florida and came back for short visits his restaurant was first place i went to catch up an see how he was doing an stopped in every day for bit to say hello. To The Sciarrino Family,
Our Deepest Sympathy and Prayers to your family. Joe was a great friend to so many people and well known by all in Hawley.
His pizzeria was his business but his family was his passion. There was never any conversation where he didn't speak about them as his priority and how proud he was of all of them. Anytime we went to the restaurant , Joe would come and and sit with us, while always cracking a joke about something or telling us about his race horse's and showing us video's. Joe and his wife are more then just business people, many would say they are family. So to our dear Friend , Joe, may you rest in peace and we all know you are that angel in the sky that will always be looking down and protecting your family. We will Miss You.

Condolences to the Sciarrino family. Sending prayers of love, peace, and strength to all loved ones of the Sciarrino family. May Papa Giuseppe "Joe" Rest In Peace. Jimmy and I loved dining at Joe and Lorenzos. I would always get something made special for me and Jimmy would get Chicken Cutlet parmesan. He always ordered lots of garlic and Paola would question "On Chicken Cutlet parm?", and Jimmy would say, yes lots and lots of garlic -- and garlic bread too! -- Paola would say "OK". And of course it was the best meal ever!!! May God Bless them.
